Freedom, authentic, connection. In a nutshell, these words encompass the major gifts I unwrapped while working with Darla. I became free from my victim story, internal critic, and the voices of the world by unpacking their impact on me and the decisions I would make in life. Once I could separate out these voices, I found myself. I unearthed my life purpose statement that gives me confidence in who I am and the impact I have on the world and the people in my life.
